Miss Kitty's Cat House

WHO WE ARE
Miss Kitty’s Cat House facility is in a historic Victorian home located at 302 N. Alarcon Street in Prescott, Arizona. Approximately 20 adult cats live and play at the house until they are adopted out to their forever homes. The cats roam free in the house and are cared for by a variety of dedicated volunteers who come in daily. When you visit Miss Kitty's, you will meet all our cats on neutral ground, in an environment where they feel safe. You will be able to better observe their personalities and traits to find a perfect fit for you and your household.

OUR CAT OF THE WEEK
Meet Leo & Jessie

Meet Leo and Jessie, a pair of young tabbies in need of an adopter who understands that some cats require extra time to trust.
Leo is a 1.5-year-old (approx.) swirl tabby with green eyes that make him absolutely irresistible. He is still learning to trust humans and requires a patient adopter to help him feel secure. Although he isn't ready for many pets yet, he enjoys playing with wand toys and can’t resist a Churu treat.
Jessie (we believe she’s Leo's sister) is also a tabby and, like Leo, is still very cautious. She is open to gentle pets on her terms and is gradually discovering the joys of play. With a patient and understanding adopter, Jessie will continue to grow in confidence.
These two cats require an adopter with patience and an understanding of shy cats. With time and gentle encouragement, they will blossom in the right home
-
They must be adopted together.
-
A calm, quiet home is preferred.
-
Experienced cat adopters are preferred.
To Meet JESSIE please email us or call (928) 445-5411 to make an appointment. Adoptions are being done by appointment only. To find out more about us, check us out on Facebook.

Discovering a litter of kittens outdoors can evoke a mix of emotions – concern, compassion, and sometimes confusion about the best course of action. It can be tempting to scoop them up and bring them indoors, but it’s important to understand what is (and what isn’t) in their best interest.
